Thank you for shopping with 9Vibes Baseball Co. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print partners.


Order Processing Time

Because each item is custom made, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production
  • Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Once your order is printed and ready, it will be shipped immediately.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong location.
  • If the package is returned to sender, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Contact your local post office.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us and we will help review the case.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered, but we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or solution.
